Chicago New Years 2013

As always, such a great trip to Chicago to ring in the new year!  

Snow, trips downtown to the American Girl Doll Store and Lego store, skyping with relatives in other countries, cousin time, we found the Disney store on the Magnificent Mile (surprise, surprise!), a Mega Church visit to Willow Creek on Sunday, and big New Year party at the cluuub.  :-)  Fun times!

Remember December?

I know it's almost the end of January, but December was so muddled - hospital visits, Nutcracker performances, choir performances, class parties and so on - the joy (and appointments!) never allowed for blogging.  

So here, completely out of order, are some of my favorite memories of December:

Christmas Eve with Santa's cookies:

It was ML's first Nutcracker performances ever.  She was a Baby Mouse.  She loved performing with the live symphony!

If I live to be 1000, in my children's eyes, I will never read WtWTA as well as Big Daddy reads it.
I hope we can always remember the fun things he adds in as he reads thus book to JR & ML. Such sweet memories!
